GB T-Series Hydraulic Breaker

GBN70TL Hydraulic Breaker

The GBN70TL hydraulic breaker, based on the GB3TP model, is a heavy-duty silenced T-Series hydraulic breaker designed for mid-size excavators and demanding construction, demolition, concrete, rock, and general breaking applications. With a 380 kg operating weight and 75 mm tool, the GBN70TL delivers increased impact performance for excavators in the 6 to 9 ton class.

GBN70TL Hydraulic Breaker

Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Breaking for 6–9 Ton Excavators

The GBN70TL is engineered for operators who require greater impact performance from a breaker designed for mid-size excavators. Its 75 mm moil-type tool delivers an impact energy of 622 joules (459 ft-lb) with an impact rate of 475–950 blows per minute.

The silenced GBN70TL has an operating weight of 380 kg (838 lb). It is specified for excavators from 6 to 9 tons, with approximately 7 tons listed as the suitable operating class.

The breaker requires a hydraulic oil flow of 40–80 L/min and operates at a breaker pressure range of 100–140 bar (1,450–2,030 psi). Proper hydraulic flow and pressure matching should be confirmed with the carrier excavator before installation.

The GBN70TL is also equipped for specialized applications with an underwater system option. GB's T-Series documentation identifies underwater system capability from the GBN60T and above.

An automatic grease system is also available as an option for the GBN70T and larger models, helping simplify routine lubrication during demanding operating conditions.
