GB T-Series Hydraulic Breaker

GBN100TL Hydraulic Breaker

The GBN100TL hydraulic breaker is a heavy-duty T-Series hydraulic breaker designed for larger excavators and demanding construction, demolition, concrete, rock, and general breaking applications. With a 570 kg silenced operating weight and a 90 mm tool, the GBN100TL provides substantial impact performance for excavators in the 6 to 13 ton class.

GBN100TL Hydraulic Breaker

Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Power for 6–13 Ton Excavators

The GBN100TL is designed for contractors who need increased hydraulic breaking power for larger excavators. Its 90 mm moil-type tool provides the strength and durability required for demanding breaking applications.

The silenced GBN100TL has an operating weight of 570 kg (1,257 lb). It is designed for excavators from 6 to 13 tons, with approximately 10 tons listed as the suitable operating class.

The breaker operates at an impact rate of 480–850 blows per minute, allowing the operator to balance impact frequency and hydraulic power according to the application and carrier machine.

The GBN100TL requires a hydraulic oil flow of 45–85 L/min and operates at a breaker pressure range of 130–160 bar. Correct hydraulic flow and pressure matching should always be confirmed with the carrier excavator before installation.

The GBN100TL incorporates GB's larger T-Series design features, including a robust housing, reinforced wear protection, high-quality piston construction, and a dual tool-retainer system for improved tool alignment and wear distribution.

An automatic grease system is available as an option, helping simplify lubrication and routine maintenance during demanding working conditions.
